Weekend Project - An Ohio Canvas?

I want to make an Ohio picture like this:  here we go! With a border like this: go here!   That will be my project this weekend.  To try to do that, then proceed to give it to my Sister for her Junior Recital!     I just have to decide on which city... Maybe I can just have Ohio and put a nice thing saying  "The Heart of it All" in script all in scarlet and gray.     That would work.     Thanks for talking this out.
