  I LOVE LOVE LOVE Grey's Anatomy.  So much so I like to re-watch it.  And I am recording my favorite moments and quotes   The Opening scene with Meredith and Derek.  I love how it's foreshadowing.  and awkward and awesome.

About My Mother's Day

Hey There! So this post about Mother's Day is later than I said it would be...but hey.  Better late then never.  :)   I made her a card with this lovely kit she had gotten for...no good reason. Because My mom is awesome.

And with this loverly kit I made her card!   Front:

    I also made her this cake with two circle pans and icing in between.  Then I decorated it.  :)    

   And I also bought her some roses and put them in a vase.

I put the flowers and the card on her nightstand when she was in the shower.  she really enjoyed it.  
And that is what I did for my mother on mother's day.

Some Easy Hair Styles

So I am pretty lazy.  I like my hair to look cute, but I don't like to do something that takes forever to do - I am an engineer for goodness sake.  "Ain't nobody got time for that"  So I am hitting up the internet for some cute, easy hairstyles for my hair that looks similar to this:  

via except I don't look like sex.   The first one I found and tried and liked is this one:  

 via    It's a bun, that instead of just tying it into a bun and leaving it as is, you invert it back through your hair to create a different look.  Easy Peasy. :) This look can also be accomplished with a ponytail:

 via   I like this, and I used to do this before I had bangs.  But this has inspired me to try this with my bangs.  I might try doing this with my hair below my bangs.  Who knows?  It might be cute.      Fishtail Braid!!  how can I forget!!!

via  It is cute and relatively easy to do!  under five minutes.  #thingsIlove   here is an 'easy to do' hairstye that will be relatively easy to do... once I master it.

School.... It is sucking my soul.....

Hey There!   I wish I could  be blogging more, I really do.  Unfortunately school is an evil soul sucking bitch.  :(     I did take a thought catalog 'break'  and was reading some articles when I  just woke up.  I was reading 30 Greatest Quotes About Women, and here are some quotes that I like:

So I was going through some of my old papers, and I found a list of facts about pentacles!  I know I enjoy facts, why not share them?   I think I gathered these from the Da Vinci Code.    Pentacle Facts:

• Assossiates with Nature Worship
• The ancients envisioned their world in two halfs, masculine and feminin.  When balanced there is harmony, when not in balance there is chaos.
• The planet Venus makes a perfectpentacle every eight years
• venus and herpentacle become a symbol of perfection, beauty, and the cyclic qualities of sex.
• The eight year cycle was used to organize Olympic games

Phi Facts:

• Is considered to be the divine proportion, 1.618
• Is the number of female bees to male bees in a honeybee community.  [f:m=1.618]
• Apparently its the ratio from your Shoulder to fingertips : Elbow to fingertip
• Hip to floor : Knee to floor
• head to floor : Belly button to floor
• In a pentagram the lines automatically divide themselves in the Phi Ratio.
