wait.... What just happened?

Life. 

Life is just what happened.  :)

Thankfully it has been a good thing.  which it's always funny how things work out. 

I am happy for the most part.

School Sucks.

I am keeping something i want to talk about and analyze.... that I haven't analyzed yet and haven't talked about it a bunch, because I want it to work out.

And I feel that someone pertaining to that something is smart enough to figure how to get to here... And it would be weird for that person to read about it. 


I have found this article.  Again from thought catalog.  And It's nice.  And just positive things to keep in mind when figuring out whats what with you and someone else.  :)

It is Wednesday.

So Now we have a president selected for the next four years.  It is Obama again.  

I don't express my political views.  

But Let me say this,  I am so very very very happy that there will no longer be any more political ads! 

hurray!

No more political tv commercials, no need to switch channels on the radio when they start playing (because they won't play), and no more phone calls!  

So super excited.  

Additionally:  My friend Emma (I have mentioned her before, she is my friend from high school), was super surprised because she just figured out that I follow her on tumblr.  which I do have a tumblr.  Here it  is.  If you wanna know whats up.  But I just repost things.  And sometimes send my instagram pics there.  Nothing terribly exciting.

But She texted me today mildly freaking out that I follow her on tumblr.  Which I didn't know it was common courtesy to tell someone you're following them when you begin to follow them on a social media.  I thought the social media did that for me.  lol.  

So that was amusing.  She keeps not accepting this fact.  but it is what it is.

Another Additional thing:

I am not handling my depression well at all right now.  I don't know how to.  I'm sorry.  If you're reading this, and you know this is meant for you, I'm sorry to disappoint you so much.

oh, My nails!

Well, I have been painting my nails a few times.  I do enjoy doing patterns and such.  So this is what I did.  Because I was nervous about my date.  So I did this.

But I'm off to pick out my  next nail pattern!  More to be decided.

It is Thursday

It's the Thursday after Frankenstorm/the perfect storm/Hurricane Sandy

It's crazy all the destruction that was caused. 

My prayers are with those who were affected with the storm.
 I'm sure you have seen the photo's of the damages. they are breath taking.





Not to make light of this, but life still goes on.

And now more than ever it is good to be thankful for what we have.

So once again,  Thankful Thursday.... here we go!  :)

I am thankful for...

• Living in the midwest.  While the wind and rain did become harsher, it wasn't that too bad at all.  Tree's were toppled over.  Lines down.  It's crazy.  But I am thankful that everyone is doing well.  Hopefully everyone you know is also doing well.
• Having gone to Pittsburgh this past weekend for the AIChE (American Institute of Chemical Engineerings) Student convention.  I had a blast and now know a few of my classmates a whole lot better.  Which is great.  :)  
• For now knowing how to spell Pittsburgh.  I used to spell it pittsburge.  which is very, very wrong.  Its Pittsburgh.  :D
• For being able to paint my nails.  this is my latest creation I did in preperation for tomorrow!

 

•  Being asked out by a boy!  Who isn't in my classes.  it's nice to feel wanted.  And i'm willing to see where this goes.  Who knows?  It's something I needed.  
• I also had an interview with a company called Lubrizol and while I think the interview went well, I didn't get the internship.  :(  But life goes on.  I was very relaxed in the interview and thought it went well. Next time.... Next time. 
• Friends
• family.  My brother might have lime disease, which is like mono in the fact that you can only tell if you have had it in the blood test.  Not if you currently have it ongoing.  but that might explain his medical mystery.
• Having had so many opportunities.  they have helped me become the person I am today.
