What is in my Makeup bag?

Well, lets go get it..... 

....now that I have it....

We will start off with the bag itself.  It is as about as tall as a pair of glasses and as wide as 1 and a quarter dollar bill lengths.

The bag itself is from my sophomore roommate, Amanda.  She Is not my favorite, but life goes on.  I forgot why she got them, but it is nice.

Memorial Day is Tomorrow! :D

So I am currently working on two other posts that require a lot of thinking.  So for those people who read my posts, (Thank you so much - I am always in disbelief when it says more people have read my blog.  I really appreciate the time you spend on reading my thoughts.  :)  ) I am writing this to keep you mildly entertained!  :D  hurray!

 I have a list of other possible topics I was considering for 30 day challenges. So I have a list in an excel file of all these ideas  I will be doing a list of random things that are semi-easy to answer now because its easy to do and I don't have to think.  Yay no thinking!  :D

Do you wear Glasses?

Yes.  I wear glasses when I read to prevent headaches after reading for a long while.  Usually I forget to wear them, or I am too lazy to actually get them and I don't read for a terribly long amount of time, or I suffer thru a headache.  And I also (of course) wear sunglasses when its sunny!  Cuz no one likes having Sun in their eyes whilst driving.

Well.  I answered another question.  But then I realized it would make a pretty decent post. :P

So One day Cassidy And I went to Target and I got these super duper awesome erasers.

Day 28 - Something that you miss

The Biggest thing I miss is living with and being able to see my friends all the time  Its very different not being able to always see them.  And its not like its just one friend moved away, its all of them.  (well, not you my high school friends, but I would see you in the summer otherwise still.  And you would be at school too)  Its just so very different.  So I miss it.

I recently stumbledupon  this article containing information about this lady who got super high up in the ranks, then left and did this tell all article.  it is pretty interesting I thought.  The title of the article is, "Scientology cult ordered me to have an abortion."

To Blog or Knit...

Welp.  I clearly chose to blog for now.  I might write a few posts after this one, but then again....

Instead of doing the Challenge, I am going to blog about today.  Today my friend Daniel came into Cleveland because Michelle Obama was doing a fundraising event.  So we were going to meet after this event at a local coffee place and just catch up.  So i drive down, then right as I am getting off the highway, he texts me and says he won't be able to make it.  I was so mad.  But I was planning on going and walking to this visitor center and look for some things to do in the area and get some postcards of cleveland (once I get a postcard back, I'll explain it. But until then, you can just wait  :)  )     I ended up going and getting a billion pamphlets.  And there were some cute postcards, and i ended up buying 12.

After I bought the postcards, I began walking back towards school (also away from down town.)  I ended up stopping for  a peppermint mocha at Starbucks around 12th street.  It was sooo yummy.  I continued walking back to school.  then around 17th street I texted Daniel and said that if you want to meet up i'll be around for about 15 more minutes.  He texted me 10 minutes later saying he was outside the student center!  So I met up with him.  He loved the view of campus. Then he realized he needed to download the pictures from the SD card before he could return it to his friend.  So I helped him by going to the library and figuring out how to check out a card reader, and then emailed him a picture of himself and the first lady.  Which is pretty exciting.  then we left (he isn't comfortable in using revolving doors, so he went out the regular exit.)  Then he realized how late it was getting and wanted to go home.  So we walked towards his car (no thanks to my excellent [horrible] sense of directions.)   He wanted to see the lake, and we ended up stopping at a hotel parking lot with coined meters for each spot.  We went towards this water feature and saw the lake and took some pics by i, and also a pic of daniel by the fountain.  Then he dropped me off outside the parking garage and headed back home.

Solar Eclipse

The other day, there was the solar eclipse that could be seen from Japan and California.  That got me interested in when we could be able to see one in dear ol' Ohio.  So I found out the next one we will be able to see is October 23, 2014.

There's a time lapse that shows where it will cover  Which we will be able to see some of it  which is a whole hell of a lot better than being able to see none of it.  :)

My Awesome Alarm Clock

So this is my awesome alarm clock.  The blue light you see is the actual clock.  The red thing on the ceiling is the light it projects!  It is super duper convenient when you wake up from sleeping.  You just have to look at the ceiling to see what time it is!  :)

So I got this cool bandaid to cover up my cut!  its just so cool!!!  :)

Day 26 - What kind of person attracts you

The kind of person that attracts me...

How about things that attracts me to certain guys?

• Confident
• Kind at heart, yet can be a bit of an ass
• Funny
• Sure of them self. I guess that's the definition of confident though
• Successful
• Sincere
• Loyal
• Smart
• Emotionally Stable
• Likes to argue
• Realistic
• Preferably taller.... but with all my other requirements, looks aren't exactly numero uno

But That is what attracts me to certain guys.  as... well...  a girl would be attracted to a guy.  ;)


But in general, what attracts me to a person?  I like people who are:

• Loyal
• honest
• Sincere
• Kind at heart, even if they aren't the best at showing it
• Can understand sarcasm
• And you have to have some connection to them.  no matter how small or weird it is, that's what sparks the relationship between you and that person.

Day 25 - Three Things you are Proud of About Your Personality

Day 24 - Your favorite movie and what it's about.

For the longest time, Anastasia was my favorite movie.  Which is the story of the Russian princess who maybe survived, maybe didn't no one really knows for sure because they didn't find her remains.  

The movie is animated.  It begins with her being an orphin and goes to a city to get a job but turns down a different road.  She eventually crosses paths with some guys who want a girl to pose as the lost princess.  So she is told that she looks like the princess, so she wants to see the queen so the queen will verify that she's really the princess.  During the movie they go thru all the trials to get to the grandma and eventually its found that she is the princess, and the guy who was trying to pull the scheme off is her new lover in the end.

Then it was A Cinderella Story With Chad Michael Murray and Hilary Duff.

The movie is well, the story that follows any other Cinderella story.


 But My current favorite movie?

Well.  I don't know what my favorite movie is.  There's not one I completely consider my favorite

Day 23 - Give pictures of 5 guys who are famous who you find attractive

Whoa.  Sorry these are soooo very late.  :(   

 But... Here we go.  The five actors I find attractive.  I had to rumble around in my head for who to post even.  Thankfully, asking my friend (and first follower !!!!!) Emma, made me remember who I wished the fifth person to be.  :)

Chad Michael Murray, from a Cinderella Story  with Hilary Duff.  

Wow, that's a while ago. But I really like him.

Channing Tatum.  Do I really need to say more?

 Scott M. Foster from GREEK.  Oh my goodness.  I love his acting skills, and his personality, and of course his looks.  He's amazing.  And I also really loved the GREEK series.

Tyler Blackburn from Pretty Little Liars.  He has the dark mysterious thing going for him, and what girl doesn't like a bad boy?  ;)

Rupert Grint.  If I have to say what he's from....what planet do you live on.  I mean really. He went from such a nerdy little boy to, well, this.  :D

So I just watched Grey's Anatomy.

If you don't know where everyone initially decided to go, Then stop reading. you'll thank you me for it.

Unless of course, you like having surprises ruined.

But oh my goodness. wow.  That ending.

How many tradgidies can happen in one TV show?

• Ferry Boat - Meredith drowns
• The shooting in the hospital. 
• Izzy's Cancer
• i can't even think of other things  but if you watched, you KNOW what I am talking about.   

And now this.  A plane crash.  with Literally everyone on the plane.  Well.  Karev wasn't.  Cuz whats her name kid doctor went crazy cuz of her dead brothers bff being almost dead.  And they eluded to her being seriously injured.  And then oh my goodness.  Christina telling us about how Derik was sucked out of the plane?!?!?  oh my goodness. Poor Meredith!  [wow.... this is a tv show I'm writing about]  But really.  This poor girl undergoes so many tragedies.  Is Derik hers or not, her mom doesn't know her, her mom dates her boss, her mom dies, she gets with derek, derek goes insane, they're not together.  they're together, they try for a kid.  they cant have  kid.  they try adopting a kid.  it doesn't work out.  then it does.   wow.  Poor her.

But oh my goodness.  I hope it is next week like asap.  I want to know how it goes.  And they show meredith handling the situation poorly.  So there will be some good twisted sisters dynamic going on.  Oh my goodnessss.........   i cannot wait.  :)

So This is the list of my top  shows.  So I guess 1-10 would be my favorite shows, and then the last five are the ones I like to watch.

Ooo.... I forgot to add Law and order SVU.  hm.  I love watching them and it could never get old of watching all their episodes, but whatever.  They aren't on my list.  :/  But I could go into why I love every one of these shows. 

And that's what I'll do!

15.  Archer - Its hilarious with its terribly, dirty humor.  And inappropriateness.  Which is why it is good.

14. 2.5 Men - The only reason I began watching it was because ashton kutchor was on it.  And I enjoy him.  But its not that great of a show. I think this should probably 15 and archer should be 14 now that i'm analyzing.

13. The Middle - Its the story of an awkward family. And their everyday troubles.  It makes me feel better, cuz at least i'm doing a little better than them.  I think.  But they teach some good lessons. :)  And are ridiculously hilarious while doing so.

12. Modern Family -Its the story of 3 families and their lives overlapping.  Its good clean fun and is humorous with the touch of idiocy.

11. SNL - Who doesn't love SNL?  Yeah, all the skits arn't awesome all the time, but at least you get a humorous touch on the news and a laugh while it happens

10. NCIS - One name, Leroy Jethro Gibbs.  BAM. Without him, there would be no show.  Zeva, Tony, McGee, Abby, and Ducky are awesome, as is their relationships with each other.  But there would definitely be no show if Gibbs wasn't Mark Harmon.  Definitely makes the show.  And I can never get tired of it.  :)

9. Southpark - Who doesn't love a show that no one should be able to watch?  Their disclaimer even says no one should view it.  Their dirty inappropriateness, even more dirty than Archer (without the sex factor that archer has) makes it so amazing.

8. Don't Trust the Bitch in Apartment 23 - While this is a new show, I am loving it.  The girl's complete bitchyness, and frankness, I love and couldn't do without.

7. 2 Broke Girls - The tales of a wich heiress who lost all of her money living with her roommate who has always been broke.  They work in a diner and are trying to start a cupcake business.  They also occasionally work for their upstairs neighbor as a cleaning ladies.  But it is a good show and loveable with their frankness and absurd characters. 

6.  New Girl - Zooey Deshanel.... or however you spell her last name.  But she's hilarious with her humor, though it be very innocent.  It is so good. With her dealing in her life, and all the issues that arise.

5. How I Met Your Mother - The story of 5 people living in NYC.  They're super funny and honest and I love them.

4. Private Practice - The story of Addison's life.  And it deals with medicine.  I enjoy it. Obvi. Its number four on the list!

3.  Once Upon a Time - Fairy Tales!  Yes, The queen who tried to kill snow white has had Rumpelstiltskin cast a spell over all the land so that all the people who are involved in the fairy tales are trapped in a little town, but no one knows the truth.  Except for the queen's adopted son.  And He is having his real mother, who somehow came upon this town, help him convince people of what really happened.  Each week centers around a different story, be it Alice in Wonderland, Rumpelstiltskin, etc.  It is super amazing.

2. Pretty Little Liars - Based on a book series, it is the story of four best friends and their friend who was murdered.  They are tormented by someones (yes, multiple people) who anonymously leave them notes and messages signed "-A"  They found out in the season finale that one of the girls friends not in the foursome was one of the people who is A.  We will see what happens from there! 

1.Greys Anatomy - OMG.  Love this show.  It is the life of Meredith Grey and how she goes thru her intern year and residency.  She and her best friend, Christina Yang, are nicknamed the twisted sisters.  And it follows them and the other people in their year's trials thru the process.  I just love the characters and the relationships the have with each other.  So good.  Too bad its ending soon.  :(

Day 20 - How important you think education is.

So one of the main reasons why I chose to post the other posts today is because I didn't know what I wanted to write here.

But I think Education is important.  Definitely should get your high school diploma no matter what.  You need that to lead a successful life. 

If you know, or generally have a clue what you want to go to, you should go to college.  It is helpful to be specialized and know more about things.

But then again, you can read it all for free at your local library, well, for a whole dollar. 

Once you decide upon what you want to do,  do whatever it takes to get there.  :)

Learning is always a lifelong process. You are always being educated, whether you know it or not.

Orchid

So my mother got an orchid as a thank you from Music boosters for being president for two years. 

I've been thinking about getting an orchid, for myself.  They are not that hard to take care of. 

Well, they are not that hard once you know how to.  :)  Which I have looked into because I want one.  

So basically I am super jealous of her.  Cuz I want it.  So badly.

Additionally, I re-fell in love with twitter.  Cassidy, Candice, Emma, Mara, and Matt all have one. 

..butttt Mara doesn't use hers. She's a silly goose.

Day 18 - Your beliefs

So I was debating about changing what I would write abut this day into something easier.  Because, well,  who doesn't like it when something is easy? But I looked up belief on dictionary.com, and this is the definition:

Belief (noun) - 1. something believed; an opinion or conviction

2. confidence in the truth or existence of something not immediately susceptible to rigorous proof

3. confidence; faith; trust

4. a religious tenet or tenets; religious creed or faith

In trying to figure out how to write this, i think a list would be the easiest way to do it.  I may add to this over time.  It might not be super deep, but hey.  I'm struggling to keep afloat in the sea of life, and this is what I got.

I believe...

• In Magic
• In Love
• Friendship isn't about keeping track of who does what for each other, its just so that you're there for your friends
•  True friends are the ones who matter the most
• Everyone needs help sometimes, and God will make sure you learn how to accept help
• In God
• In Fairy Tales
• Everything happens for a reason.  no matter how horrible it may be, there's a reason.  You just don't know why yet.
• Everything has some sort of beauty to it.
• In Mythological creatures
• That evolution and the seven days are one in the same theory,  people are just too pigheaded to realize it.
• That everyone judges everyone.  But its you do with that judgement that matters. For example, I like to judge.  But I will still talk to you, even if I am usually right about 95% of the time.  Because who knows what will really happen.
• In being loyal and honest to those who matter

• In treating others the way you want to be treated
• That those long conversations that last all night are some of the best things.  Where you are completely honest with the other person and you really get to know them.
• There's always room for ice cream... Especially coffee. :)
• In sarcasm. It is truly a marvelous thing
• It doesn't matter what religion, faith, whatever you are as long as you believe in something larger than you that you have to report to.
• All problems are solvable, sometimes we just don't want to face the answers

My porch

So I moved this swing set to my porch. 

It's pretty awesome, I know.  I have sanded it down some, but I still have more to sand before I paint it.  A color.  Which is yet to be determined.  Maybe the red I painted the bookshelf in my room.  Who knows.  We shall see when it comes to that.  But I like it.  And up until 5 minutes ago it was nice and peaceful out here.  That is, until the geese came and were super duper obnoxious, and my neighbor began to really fix the radio and now is playing music while he cleans it up.  Whatever.  It works out. 

I like it with my fuzzy blanket, due to the fact it is 55 degrees out, according to good ol' weather.com.

Day 17 - Your highs and lows of this past year.

Well, the low would probs be with my dad's stuff.  

The high's i guess would be when I got to hang out with my friends.

Well, that was short.

Day 16 - Favorite Quote

So I was sitting around, trying to figure out my views on mainstream music. And I remember how I said I would say fuck it and do what I wish.  So, Instead of doing my views on mainstream music I decided to do my Favorite Quote.

So my favorite quote is, "Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind."  Said by Doctor Seuss.

I like it because that's what everyone should do.  You should be who you are.  Don't even bother wasting your time trying to be someone else. 

People who matter, they should be there for you when ever you need.  and not really care if you're super weird or strange.  Just so long as you are true to yourself.

Day 15 - Your favorite Tumblrs

So Instead of my favorite Tumblr, I will do my favorite blogger.  Which is my sister, even if she doesn't know that I follow her blog. Because I do. Secretly.  She doesn't need to know.  But its nice to know whats going on in her life.... when she does update her blog.  which is very rarely now.

And did  you know how easy it is to find her blog?  just google her name in quotes.  Super duper easy.

Day 14 - Your earliest memory

One of the earliest memories I have is Being in my old house in my mom and dad's bathroom. My mom was giving my brother a bath in this weird foamy/spongy bear bath.  Its pretty lame, but that's what I remember.

Law and Order SVU is awesome

So I am going to change the 30 things listed.  Some, they're just weird.  so I have a huge list of other things people have done in 30 day challenges, so I will be changing it to some of those.

Day 13 - Somewhere you'd like to move or visit.

Currently Where I would like to move, is to UD so that  I could be with all my friends.  Thats not exactl long term but it would be nice to be there for the next two years.

If I could visit anywhere.... i don't know.  I want to go somewhere calm, where not a lot of people are.  With a beach.  :)
